Can you manufacture from our drawings or samples?
Yes. Shengxin manufactures wire harnesses and cable assemblies to customer drawings or reference samples. Share the information you have and identify any dimensions, materials or connections that still need confirmation.
What should we provide for a quotation?
Include your drawing or sample reference, connector and wire details where known, dimensions, pinout and expected quantity. Add the intended application, inspection requirements and required delivery date.
How are quantities and samples arranged?
Our stated MOQ is 5,000. Quantity requirements and sample arrangements are confirmed during project review.
How are sample and production lead times determined?
Timing needs to be reviewed against the assembly requirements, component availability and order quantity. Include your required date in the inquiry so it can be considered before a schedule is agreed.
What inspections should we specify?
Share the checks and acceptance requirements stated in your drawing or specification. Electrical, crimp and visual inspection requirements should be agreed for the assembly; visit our Quality page to explore the inspection methods.
