Who we are and how to contact us
Shenzhen Shengxin Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Shengxin”, “we” or “us”) handles information you share when you use this website or contact us about manufacturing work. For privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests, email sales@shengxinconnect.com.
Information we collect
Our inquiry form requires your name, email address, country or region, and requirements. Company, Phone / WhatsApp, product or application, estimated quantity and supporting files are optional. We also record the inquiry reference, source page, submission time, processing and notification status, and file metadata such as filename, size and upload status.
Website hosting, delivery and security services also process technical information, which can include IP addresses, requested pages, browser or device information, request times and errors. No marketing analytics tool is currently configured on the website; this does not mean that the website or its service providers process no technical data.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to review requirements, prepare quotations, communicate with you, manage related project work and maintain processing records. Technical information helps us operate the website, diagnose problems and protect the inquiry service from spam and abuse.
Who can access it
Authorized Shengxin staff and our factory personnel may review information needed for the project. We do not provide customer drawings to suppliers or outsourced processing factories. We do not publish inquiry records or drawings as public website content.
Our hosting and service providers process information needed to provide their services. Tencent Cloud COS receives optional attachments in private object storage for short-term transfer. Resend handles transactional inquiry notifications and acknowledgements, including email addresses, message content and delivery information. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection information to help verify submissions and prevent abuse.
Email open and click tracking settings have not yet been verified for public release. We do not represent that these features are disabled.
Website attachment retention
Our approved retention rule for successfully uploaded attachments linked to an inquiry is 30 days from the inquiry’s successful submission. An administrator who confirms that a file has been separately archived may delete the website copy earlier. Incomplete uploads and unlinked temporary attachments are due for cleanup after 7 days. Active uploads and valid inquiry associations must be checked before cleanup.
These periods apply to website transfer copies, not to the inquiry text, contact details or processing history. Removing an attachment does not delete those records. We review inquiry records periodically and retain them as needed for actual follow-up and related obligations; we do not promise permanent retention.
Separate factory archives and recovery copies
COS is a receiving and short-term transfer service, not our long-term project archive. Shengxin and our factory download and separately archive drawings for project work. Deleting a website attachment does not automatically delete those archived copies. Privacy requests concerning a project archive are considered separately according to the project’s needs and applicable obligations.
Protected recovery backups are also separate from the live website. Deleting an inquiry attachment from COS, including its historical versions, does not by itself erase an independent backup or a downloaded recovery copy. Existing recovery copies do not yet have a verified maximum deletion period and may remain until separately reviewed and removed. We do not promise simultaneous deletion from all backups, and we do not remove an entire recovery backup merely to erase one attachment.
Security and your requests
Inquiry records are restricted to authorized administrators. Website attachments use private storage and temporary authorized download links. Access restrictions reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Please provide information relevant to your inquiry and avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
You can contact sales@shengxinconnect.com to ask about your information, correct it or request deletion. Include your inquiry reference if available. We may ask for information needed to verify the request and will explain any information we need to retain for applicable obligations. A request concerning drawings should identify whether it covers website copies, project archives, or both.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change. The effective date identifies the version formally published for the public website.
