MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

From prepared wire to finished harness.

Practical manufacturing processes for custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies. Each stage follows the components, layout and acceptance requirements agreed for your project.

PRODUCTION STAGE / 01

Wire processing

Preparation sets the starting point for a consistent assembly.

Wire is cut and stripped to the agreed lengths and end-preparation requirements. Material references and wire identification keep the build aligned with the drawing.

  • Cut length and end preparation
  • Wire specification and identification
  • Prepared leads for the next operation

PRODUCTION STAGE / 02

Terminal crimping

A controlled connection between wire and terminal.

Terminal selection, tooling and wire preparation are considered together. Crimp workmanship and the required mechanical checks form part of the process review.

  • Wire and terminal matching
  • Crimp preparation and workmanship
  • Pull-force and cross-section checks as specified

PRODUCTION STAGE / 03

Harness assembly

Individual leads become a complete connection system.

Prepared wires are inserted, grouped and bundled according to the assembly requirements. Connector orientation and circuit positions stay tied to the drawing.

  • Housing insertion and wire sequence
  • Branching, bundling and protective finishing
  • Assembly review against the agreed sample

PRODUCTION STAGE / 04

Routing / fixture assembly

A physical layout for repeatable harness routing.

Routing boards and fixtures help position branches and connectors. The assembly layout is checked against the required dimensions and installation arrangement.

  • Branch positions and breakout lengths
  • Connector location and routing direction
  • Layout verification before release

05 / INSPECTION & TESTING

Review the build.
Verify the details.

Wire sequence, termination integrity and finished assembly workmanship are checked against agreed requirements.

Equipment and quality approach

Inspection starts with the specification.

  • Confirm the drawing, components and acceptance criteria.
  • Review process checks for the selected wire and terminal.
  • Agree final verification and documentation requirements.

06 / PACKAGING & DELIVERY PREPARATION

Ready for the next
stage of your build.

Packing and shipment requirements are part of the project conversation.

Confirm assembly identification, pack quantities, connector protection, destination and target timing during quotation. Delivery arrangements depend on the agreed order and component availability.
