Electrical Testing & Quality Inspection
Every finished assembly undergoes continuity and pinout testing, together with visual inspection and applicable dimensional checks. Additional sampling and destructive tests follow the agreed inspection requirements.

Wire Preparation & End Treatment
Wire is cut and partially or fully stripped to the drawing. Specified tinned ends are prepared using separate equipment.
Terminal Crimping
We match crimping tooling to the specified wire and terminal. Wire-end preparation and termination follow the assembly drawing and component requirements.
Connector Housing Assembly
Terminated wires are inserted into housings according to the pinout, using manual or automated methods suited to the product.
Sleeving & Heat Shrink
Sleeving and heat-shrink tubing are applied to specified wire sections and connection points. Material, length and placement follow the drawing and agreed insulation or protection requirements.
Adhesive Dispensing & Curing
Adhesive locations and curing methods follow the assembly requirements. These operations take place after electrical checks.
Packing & Shipment Preparation
Assemblies are organized and packed according to the agreed requirements. Inspection documentation is provided based on the applicable customer and order requirements.
Shengxin organizes wire harness production according to customer drawings and agreed specifications. Production methods are selected based on the product requirements, while finished assemblies are verified against the applicable inspection criteria.
