QUALITY & INSPECTION

Quality is in the connection details.

A clear specification gives every inspection a purpose. We review materials, process workmanship and finished assemblies against the requirements agreed with you.

INSPECTION APPROACH

Before, during and after assembly.

01 / INCOMING

Start with the specified components.

Review wire, connector and terminal references against the agreed material requirements before they enter the assembly process.

02 / IN PROCESS

Check the work as it takes shape.

Focus on wire preparation, crimp condition, housing insertion and routing details at the relevant assembly stage.

03 / FINAL

Review the complete assembly.

Check the finished layout, wire sequence, identification and applicable electrical or mechanical requirements before release.

INSPECTION EQUIPMENT

Tools for a closer look.

The equipment below supports different inspection tasks. Test methods, coverage and acceptance limits are defined for the project.

01

Wire sequence detector

Checking circuit positions and connection sequence.

02

Electronic pull-force gauge

Evaluating the mechanical retention of a termination.

03

RoHS tester

Material screening to support project substance requirements.

04

Cross-section analyzer

Examining the internal form of a crimped termination.

05

Insertion / extraction force tester

Measuring the forces associated with mating and separation.

06

Salt spray tester

Evaluating corrosion behavior under agreed test conditions.

Material screening equipment does not by itself establish product certification. Please identify any required declarations, standards or test reports in your RFQ for review.

WORKMANSHIP & FINAL VERIFICATION

Make the acceptance
criteria clear.

A drawing defines more than the connections. It also defines the details the finished harness needs to retain.

  • Connector orientation and wire sequence
  • Branch dimensions and protective finishing
  • Terminal and housing assembly condition
  • Required checks and supporting records
